20"x25" watercolor & colored pencil on mat board

The line drawing for this was completed nearly 2 years ago. The piece was put on a back burner while others were completed and life took its usual turns. With commissions completed and a solo show rapidly approaching on April 2nd, it seemed like a good time to knock this one out.

How many hexagons do you see?

How many complete circles can you find?

Which shapes do you naturally see more easily?
curvilinear or straight-edged?

I just wish I could get mine to turn out as cleanly as you've been able to accomplish here with your work.

Thank you- hopefully I'll be able to get it framed for the show.
